1. White Pearl MINI MOSSY Oishii berry Strawberry Dream Cake layered with Oishii Berries, strawberry whipped cream cheese and decorated with Italian meringue buttercream, edible pearl lustre and Oishii Berries.

2. RED MINI MOSSY Belgian Callebaut “Matilda”-esque chocolate cake layered with chocolate ganache, raspberry compote and decorated with Italian meringue buttercream, lychees, pomegranate and cherries.
